Extreme patience is probably Matthew Davis’ most obvious characteristic beyond his artistic talent. His technique involves dripping drops of oil paints in layers and waiting between each layer for the paint to fully dry to create this textured works of art. Being capable of visualize the painting from the start, executing it with that much precision and the capacity of predicting the final colors of each pool of paint only add to his genius.
